The Lakeshore Region Office is glad to help members complete their memberships
and training. We enjoy helping new clubs and new members get involved. Don’t
worry about contacting us with your questions! We’re glad to help! We do have
limited hours, so the following information may help you get faster service, and
in some cases, avoid problems.

Check
your membership! It’s your membership! You can look at it at any time using
your user name and password. If there are any errors or questions, get them
addressed right away! Make sure your email address is kept up to date!
Please do put a phone number in your membership. Many people leave out
their phone number, possibly wanting to avoid unwanted calls. Rest assured,
we do not give out player info, and we only use your phone number if we need
to contact you about your membership and the email address does not work.

We
check email constantly, and you may be surprised to get a response by email
in the middle of the night or on week-ends, but don’t count on that! There
are also times where we are busy and may not check email outside of business
hours.

Don’t
wait until the last minute to take care of business! We do not operate
24/7! All membership issues should be cleared up at least one week prior to
an event. Calls the night before or the day of an event are too late!

Don’t
get too frustrated before you contact us! Members leave messages saying
they have tried their password 50 times and they are ready to scream! After
three tries, the system locks, so give us a call or an email right away!

When
contacting the Region office, tell us the member’s first and last name,
club, and specifically what you need to do. If the question involves a
club, please tell us the club name. When leaving a voicemail, speak clearly
and spell your name.

If you
want us to email your user name and password, please tell us the correct
email address where it should be sent.

Communication by email may receive a faster response, since we have limited
office hours when the phone is answered.

Questions about your team or your club MUST go to your club director or
coach. The Region office does not know what team your kid is on, we don’t
know who her coach is, and we don’t know your team’s schedule! Questions for
clubs will be forwarded to the club. We may not have time to respond to you
on club/team questions, but our response will be that we have forwarded your
question to your club director.
